Terms & Conditions

The Offer is only valid for new or existing users who sign up during the promotional period as specified on the Offers page.

The discounted rate of ₹499/month applies only for the duration that you maintain your subscription. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, the prevailing rate may apply.

Wcart reserves the right to refuse or revoke the Offer to any user at its discretion.

The subscription fee is ₹499/month, charged at the start of each billing cycle, unless you cancel before the next billing date.

You agree to pay all applicable fees, including taxes and any payment gateway charges.

Wcart claims no hidden setup fees beyond what is stated for the Offer.

Payment methods must be valid and acceptable to Wcart; if a payment fails, Wcart may suspend or terminate access to services until payment is made.

The Offer continues monthly until you cancel. You may cancel at any time via your user dashboard.

There are no cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, you may export your data from Wcart per policies in place.

Wcart may terminate your subscription, or suspend services if you breach these Terms or any other policy, such as acceptable use, payment default, etc.

After 30 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. Any prorated refunds are at Wcart's discretion.

Refunds may not apply in cases such as violation of Wcart policies, misuse, or terms breach.

Wcart provides the features listed at the time of Offer, such as AI-powered content, SEO tools, mobile-first store, payment integrations, etc. Wcart reserves the right to modify or discontinue features, but will not reduce core functionality of the Offer without notice.

You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for keeping it up-to-date.

You must comply with all applicable laws governing your business operations, including GST / tax, business registration, product legality, intellectual property rights, etc.

You are responsible for the products, services and content you offer via your store. Wcart does not assume liability for third-party claims arising from your goods or services.

All platform features, tools, content created by Wcart (excluding your store content) remain the intellectual property of Wcart (or its licensors).

You retain ownership of your store content (product descriptions, images, etc.). You grant Wcart a license to host, display and transmit that content solely as needed to provide Services under this Offer.

Wcart's total liability under this Offer (in aggregate) will not exceed the subscription fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

Wcart may change these Terms & Conditions, or modify or cancel the Offer at any time. If changes are material, Wcart will endeavour to provide notice (via email or dashboard). Continued use after changes implies your acceptance.

If Wcart raises the subscription fee for the Offer, existing users may have the option to renew at the old rate for a limited time, if explicitly communicated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless otherwise agreed.

Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the rest will continue in full force.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Wcart concerning this Offer.

Waiver: Any delay or failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of that right.
